Introducing the LWS Administration Panel (LWS Panel)

Each LWS customer has access to a simple, user-friendly administration space packed with features. On Windows hosting plans, the LWS Panel is limited to complementary functionalities alongside Plesk.

Once your order is completed, you will automatically receive an LWS ID (e.g., LWS-123456), which allows you, on Windows hosting, to:

• Access the Plesk control panel in one click
• Manage your domain name: DNS, redirections, Whois, etc.
• Configure your personalized email addresses
• Access LWS customer support
• Order additional options or new services
• Update your contact information, download your invoices, track your ongoing orders, and more

The LWS Panel client area is available in French and English.

Domain Name Configuration

You are completely free and autonomous when configuring your domain name. You can:

• Set up the DNS servers of your choice
• Transfer ownership or management of the domain
• Manage the Whois directory

Other settings, such as redirections and subdomains, are managed in Plesk.

Email Address Configuration

Each Windows hosting plan includes at least 150 customizable email addresses with 5 GB of storage per account and an integrated anti-spam filter. Your mailbox is accessible by default via the Roundcube Webmail and is compatible with popular software like Gmail, Outlook, and Thunderbird.

Contact Support

At any time, you can contact us for free via the support page integrated into your panel. To ensure proper tracking of your support tickets, the exchange history is available. Through the Service Status page, you can also check whether the services linked to your account are operational.
